Aherne's Townhouse Hotel is a luxury, family run, hotel situated in the historic walled port of Youghal, on the lovely south coast of Ireland. Each of our spacious Bedrooms and Junior Suites in Aherne's Townhouse Hotel has enormous comfortable beds, pristine private bathrooms and are individually decorated with carefully chosen antique furniture and fitted with traditional crisp white linen to add to the luxury. All of the rooms in Aherne's Townhouse Hotel are quiet and relaxing. Three of the ground–floor bedrooms offer easy access, with one specially equipped for wheelchairs. Children's Beds or cot can be provided.

Location

Aherne's Townhouse hotel is to be found in Youghal (pronounced Yawl), nestled on the banks of the river Blackwater in on the sunny south coast of Ireland. Youghal is steeped in history, and blessed with beautiful countryside, lots of things to see and do, and beaches all around. Equally important, Youghal lies midway between the two main cities of the south of Ireland, Cork and Waterford, making this ideal base to tour the South. Waterford Crystal, Cobh (Queentown and the Titanic), Kinsale, Jameson Irish Whiskey Centre, Blarney, Rock of Cashel, Fota Golf Club, Old Head of Kinsale Golf Club are all within easy driving distance. Killarney, the Beara Peninsula and Kenmare are just a little further.
