The well appointed en-suite guestrooms at the Midleton Park Hotel provide guests with every comfort and convenience expected of a 3 star hotel. Individually designed suites provide an atmosphere of tranquility and unhurried comfort, with relaxing colour schemes and quality soft furnishings. All the guestrooms provide the following: Remote control multi-channel T.V. with pay per view T.V. and pay-per-view movie channel, complimentary wireless broadband, direct dial phone, ISDN telephone network facilities, tea/coffee making facilities, trouser press and ironing board, hairdryer 24 hour room service.   There is a lift to all floors and specially adapted rooms for the less mobile.   Non-smoking guest rooms also available.

Location

The Midleton Park Hotel is located on the N25 Primary Route, 8 miles (10 Kms) East of Cork City.

Directions from Cork Airport to the Midleton Park Hotel - Take the first exit off the roundabout onto the dual carriageway. Follow sings for N25 Rosslare & Waterford. Drive through the Jack lynch Tunnel which will bring onto the Dunkettle Roundabout. Take the 3rd exit off the roundabout and follow signs for Rosslare & Waterford. Take the fourth exit off the dual carriage way for Midleton. The hotel is on the right hand side as you approach the town.

Directions from Dublin to the Midleton Park Hotel - Take the N8 and follow signs for Cork City. As you bypass Glanmire you will approach the Dunkettle roundabout. Take the 1st exit off the roundabout following signs for the N25 Rosslare & Waterford. Take the fourth exit off the dual carriageway for Midleton.

Directions from Limerick to the Midleton Park Hotel - Follow sign for Cork City, take the N8. On approaching the city follow signs for North Ring. You will bypass the city taking the 3rd exit off the Dunkettle Roundabout following the N25 for Rosslare & Waterford. Take the fourth exit off the dual carriageway for Midleton.

The Park Restaurant focuses on Special Occasions and our Park Cafe Bar offers fine Irish cuisine with a hint of international flavours.   The Park Cafe Bar is open for lunch and evening meals along with refreshing snacks served throughout the day.  

The Park Cafe Bar is open from 10.30 and serves carvery lunch, evening meals and light snacks throughout the day. Promoting fine Irish ingredients with an international flare the Park Cafe Bar is an ideal meeting place for family, friends or business acquaintances.   All needs are catered for from vegetarian and coeliac options to high-chairs and baby bowls.   Traditional stone and timber floors with plush wooden panelling combine to create a unique welcoming atmosphere.

With a selection of modern banqueting suites which can accommodate from 10 to 350 persons the Midleton Park Hotel is ideal for a private banquet, wedding, social event or corporate hospitality.

Our Reception Team will be happy to help plan your activities, discounts may apply when arranged through the hotel.   Fota Wildlife Safari Park (10 mins): 70 acres of open countryside with 90 species of exotic wildlife from 5 continents including giraffes and cheetahs - this is a must see! The "Family Fun at Fota" programme allows children to learn about cultural heritage and includes storytelling, cooking, planting wildflowers and bark rubbing.   Garryvoe Beach (15 mins): Blue Flag beach, lifeguarded weekends only in June and 10am to 7pm daily in July and August (please verify at the beach on the day).   Jungle World (5 mins): Kids play facility within easy walking distance of the hotel.   Trabolgan (20 mins): Activities include tennis, go-karting, abseiling, archery, live shows, mini-trampolines, paddle boats, aeroball, crazy golf and a kids corner. Activities are on a pay as you go basis and minimum ages apply.   Ballyannan Wood Walk (5 mins): Mature mixed woodland located on the Owenacurra Estuary dating back to the mid 17th century.  Bridgefield Buggies (15 mins): This Quad bike safari is located in Castlemartyr. Children from 8 years up can enjoy this off-road trek through 9 miles of beautiful rugged countryside including a 17th century castle.   Leahys Open Farm (10 mins): Open Easter to September with a Christmas event in December, it comprises a crannog, claraghs gardens, animals, an adult maze, go-karting, a mouse shed, an outdoor play area and sandpit, a kiddies maze and leprechauns cave. Meet llamas, miniature ponies and even snakes.   It also has 120km signposted birdwatching trail, linking sanctuaries, estuary channels, mudflats, rock shoreline and Brackish lagoons. Harbour walks and coastal views. Traditional pottery and crafts locally. Deep sea angling & shore fishing.

An ideal location for accommodation when playing golf in East Cork. Close to a number of well known courses, the hotel is located within the bustling town of Midleton allowing easy access to local bars and restaurants. Golf Courses close by include:  East Cork Golf Club:  Situated on the outskirts of Midleton, only 10 minutes from the hotel this course is bordered by two rivers with water features. With 18 holes it is 5,696 yards long.     Water Rock Golf Course:  Only 5 minutes drive from the hotel, this beautiful parkland course is situated on the banks of the Owenacurra River and boasts spectacular views of East Cork. It is an18 hole, Par 70 course over 6,223 yards.     Fota Golf Resort:  10 minutes from the hotel, it comprises 3 challenging championship courses featuring strategically placed bunkers and undulating putting surfaces. There is also an excellent Golf academy on site.   Deerpark - Par 71; Belvelly- Par 72; Barryscourt- Par 73     The Old Head Kinsale:  1 hours drive from the hotel, this world class course is open from April to October and was recently awarded the IGTOA Golf Course of the Year. Built on a 220 acre diamond of land which juts out over 2 miles into the Atlantic, this course stretches over 7,200 yards and is a Par 72, with 9 holes played along the cliff tops and is a favourite for American visitors.
