The Brown Trout Golf and Country Inn nestles near the River Bann only 12.8km from the picturesque Causeway Coast. This old inn with 15 rooms and four 5 star cottages, is Northern Ireland's first golf hotel. Gerry, Jane or Joanna will happily organise golf and fishing packages with professional tuition if required, or you can just enjoy a relaxing break and the craic with the locals. The warm hospitality and 'Taste of Ulster' restaurant will make your stay enjoyable.

The Brown Trout has a combination of hotel rooms graded 3 star and cottage suites graded 5 star. The bedrooms are in a courtyard adjacent to the main building and are laid out in American style with two double beds, with an extra guest bed available if required. All but two bedrooms have baths and separate walk in showers. The rooms are very accessible and are graded category 1 disability access by the Tourist board. The cottage suites give you the added advantage of a cottage living area with a real peat fire, a fully equipped kitchen and a luxurious lounge overlooking the golf course.
