The Arbutus Hotel and the Buckley family - at the heart of Killarney hospitality since 1926. Generations of visitors have enjoyed their personal introduction to the many attractions of the area whilst enjoying the warmth of a townhouse hotel where loving attention to detail is evident in home-cooked food, the original Buckley's Bar and the marvellous Celtic Deco design throughout. You may choose from the following accommodation types: Standard Superior double, Superior twin (2 single beds), Deluxe double (king bed), Deluxe twin (double & single or 2 double beds), Family (1double & 2 single beds) Mini suite. Air conditioning is available in our Deluxe Rooms.

The Arbutus is located on College Street at the junction of Lewis Road. Just off Main St, a 5 minute stroll to the train & bus station or only a mile from the Killarney National Park

Food and Drink Norrie Buckley's Restaurant: Norrie Buckley oversees the restaurant with pride & passion. In her dining room and restaurant you will find the blending of traditional Irish and International recipes using the best local ingredients.
Buckley's Bar: Buckley's Bar is an oak panelled bar with friendly service, turf fires, tall tales and one of the finest pints in Ireland. Several nights a week musicians use Buckley's as a meeting house for impromptu pure traditional sessions – not planned, programmed or amplified. They'll play/sing/tell a joke/a story or dance whatever takes their fancy and visitors are very welcome to listen or even join in!
