The Fitzwilton Hotel Waterford is one of the finest Waterford hotels, offering contemporary design for the discerning traveller, the hotel opened in October 2006 offering a beautifully crafted hotel located in the centre of Waterford City just 50 metres from the bridge and within 2 minutes walking distance of both the Train station and the Bus station.

Each of our 88 non–smoking exquisite en–suite bedrooms, are decorated to a very high standard, with Multi–channel plasma tv, Free Wi–fi broadband internet, Tea/Coffee making facilities, Hairdryer and direct dial telephone. We strive to ensure that your stay with us is relaxing and comfortable with all the comforts of home, away from home.  Entire hotel is non-smoking including all bedrooms.

 

Location

The hotel is located on Bridge Street, 50 metres from the main City Bridge. The main shopping district is also within short walking distance and we are located a 2 minute walk form the city's main train and bus stations. The hotel provides free on-site parking.
Waterford enjoys a popular theatrical scene and has some cultural festivals throughout the year, including Waterford Light Opera Festival.
Active leisure pursuits include golf, horse racing, greyhound racing, horse riding and fishing, as well as a choice of seaside resorts, such as Tramore and Dunmore East.
Other sightseeing opportunities include Lismore Heritage Centre, Cappoquin House and Gardens, and no trip to Waterford would be complete without a visit to the famous Waterford Crystal Factory.

Restaurant Chez K' provides a modern venue with relaxed surroundings.  The menu is changed regularly to ensure that there is plenty of choice.  A full breakfast buffet is served in Chez K's from 07:00 to 10:00 (08:00 to 10:30 on weekends and public holidays).  Both table d'hôte and a la carte menus are available from 17:30 to 21:00.

Also ask about our infamous 'Wine & Dine for €59'. That is, a FIVE Course Meal plus a Bottle of House wine and all for €59.00 for TWO People.

The Met Café-Bar features modern, comfortable seating, complemented by subtle, coloured background lighting.  It is the ideal venue to enjoy a leisurely chat and unwind.  A bar menu is available from 12:30 to 21:00 each day and a full selection of international beers and wines are available to choose from. In addition to our quirky Cocktail menu.
