The Irish Hotels Federation

The Irish Hotels Federation is the national representative body for Hotels and Guesthouses in Ireland. The marketing department of the IHF currently promotes these Hotels and Guesthouses through the Be Our Guest Guide and our website Irelandhotels.com.

There are currently 650 Irish Hotels and Guesthouses providing bookable availability on Irelandhotels.com. During 2007 there were over 24,000 bookings through Irelandhotels.com which represents a 32% increase on 2006. These bookings amounted to over € 5.3 million, an increase of 32% on 2006. The average booking value was € 220.

Through our co-operation with Pegasus we can also offer UK and European Hotels.

How does it work? Step 1 We will place our search box or banner on your website. The box will follow your websites colour scheme. The search box can be placed on an "Accommodation" page of your website which should be promoted on your homepage. Step 2 Consumers will search/click for accommodation and view a version of our website designed in line with the your websites colour look and feel. Step 3 When the consumer makes a booking the affiliate will receive commission (up to 5%* on average € 11) on the booking value. The consumer can easily return to your website at any time through a link. *Subject to Criteria, terms and conditions.
