Voucher Payment Form
We endeavour to respond to all email queries within 5 working days. Occasionally during busier periods, a response may take up to 10 working days.
To ensure you receive a response please note these important items:
Should your query relate to a redeemed voucher which departed in the previous calendar month you will not receive a reply to your query as the payment will be automatically proceeded at the end of the following calendar month.
For remaining queries, ALL of the following information to needed review and respond:
- Full hotel name
- Departure date from hotel
- Leading guest name
- Gross booking value
- Booking ID
Queries are dealt with and responded to via email only, to ensure an efficient service.
