How will my Go Anywhere Gift Card be delivered?

When purchasing a Go Anywhere Gift Card, you have the option of receiving a physical gift card by post or a digital eCard via email. You can also choose whether the card is emailed or posted directly to you or to somebody else. Gift cards delivered by post are sent via registered post and presented in a sleek gift card wallet.

How long will postal delivery take?

Please allow 5-7 working days for standard post and 2 - 5 working days for registered post delivery of your Go Anywhere Gift Card within the Republic of Ireland. 

 

For deliveries outside of the Republic of Ireland including NI & UK, please allow 7-10 working days.

 

Postal orders include a gift card and wallet and you can choose to have your order delivered by standard post at a cost of €2.50 or registered post at a cost €9.50.

 

Please note for all postal delivery times, these are estimated times and can be affected during particularly busy periods at Christmas or any postal disruptions outside of our control. For any urgent gifting we would recommend our e-gift card which will be delivered to you or to the recipient by email. 

 

How do I redeem my Irelandhotels.com Gift Card?

To redeem a gift card, simply choose from one of the participating properties you would like to stay in and call or book online directly with the property. When you arrive at the hotel, present your gift card at reception. Where possible, please notify the property in advance of your stay that you intend to redeem the Go Anywhere Gift Card against your stay. Please note that card details may be required to secure the booking with the hotel. For security reasons, gift cards are not available to redeem within the first 5 days following purchase. 

Can I redeem the Go Anywhere Gift Card on third party accommodation booking websites?

No, the Go Anywhere Gift Card cannot be used in conjunction with any third party booking websites. The gift card may only be redeemed at participating properties listed on our website when booked directly with a participating property

Can I redeem the Go Anywhere Gift Card against all packages?

Certain packages, such as those that require payment in advance of your arrival, cannot be paid for with the Go Anywhere Gift Card.

Can the Go Anywhere Gift Card be redeemed against the property’s amenities?

Yes, the Go Anywhere Gift Card will allow you to make purchases at the hotel. The balance of the gift card can be used for on-site facilities such as restaurants, bars, spas, leisure centres, golf courses and more. Please note some independent facilities may not be in a position to accept payment with the Go Anywhere Gift Card. Please advise the hotel if you wish to use the card for other amenities as they may need to charge purchases to your room and pay with the Go Anywhere Gift Card on check-out.

How can I check the balance of my Go Anywhere Gift Card?

Simply click on the menu and select ‘Check Balance’. Alternatively, click here to check your balance.

 

What should I do if my Go Anywhere Gift Card is lost or stolen?

Can the Go Anywhere Gift Card be used more than once?

Yes, your Go Anywhere Gift Card may be used multiple times provided there is remaining balance on your gift card after you use it.

Does the Go AnywhereGift Card lose value over time?

Go Anywhere Gift Cards only reduce in value when it has been redeemed against a stay.

Does the Go Anywhere Gift Card expire?

From November 29th 2019, Go Anywhere Gift Cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. If your card was purchased prior to this and has expired with a value left on the card, please contact support@irelandhotels.com.
